To achieve its mission, TCCSTFI aims to:
1. Provide basic technical and college education for the total development of individual student with skill in all levels;
2. Provide the students with skills, knowledge and values for honest and gainful work;
3. Cultivate a sense of sommitment among students to be catalyst in uplifting the socio-economic well being of the community where they live in;
4. Train research-oriented students on techniques and scientific ways of finding solutions to social problems.
